Kristin Katz works with individuals, couples, and families navigating complex emotional and relational challenges. Many of her clients come to therapy feeling stuck in family systems, partnerships, or long-standing patterns and are seeking clarity about what’s really happening beneath the surface.
As one of the few certified personality disorder treatment providers in the area, Kristin specializes in working with couples and families impacted by borderline, narcissistic, and other personality-related traits. She also works extensively with infidelity, relational rupture, and discernment counseling, supporting people in making thoughtful, self-respecting decisions about what comes next.
Kristin provides family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, and their parents, supporting families across the lifespan, whether addressing early childhood challenges, adolescent transitions, or ongoing parent-adult child dynamics. Her approach is direct, emotionally attuned, and grounded, helping clients feel deeply understood while also supported in making meaningful change.

Yisroel Goodman works with individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, emotional disconnection, and periods of transition. Many of his clients come to therapy feeling stuck in familiar patterns and seeking greater calm, clarity, and connection in their lives and relationships.
His work is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), with a focus on emotional safety, communication, and secure connection. Yisroel helps clients slow things down, understand the roots of conflict, and relate to themselves and others with greater openness and intention.
In addition to couples therapy, Yisroel works with individuals navigating life transitions, uncertainty, and identity shifts. His approach is steady, reflective, and structured, supporting insight and meaningful relational change.

We are in-network with some insurance plans and also work with private-pay clients. Superbill options may be available for eligible services. Discernment counseling and parent coaching are not covered by insurance.
