I help people make sense of emotions, patterns, and relationships that feel confusing or overwhelming. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck. Whether in family dynamics, partnerships, or their own inner world, they are ready to understand what’s really happening beneath the surface.
As one of the few certified personality disorder treatment providers in the area, I specialize in helping individuals, partners, and families affected by traits of borderline, narcissistic personality disorder, and other personality related challenges. I also support people recovering from infidelity, navigating uncertainty in their relationships, or deciding whether to stay or leave with greater clarity and self-respect.
In addition to my work with adults and couples, I provide therapy for adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety, identity challenges, or family conflict. My goal is to help teens and parents rebuild trust, strengthen communication, and foster emotional resilience.
I also offer discernment counseling for couples on the brink of divorce, helping each partner gain clarity about their next step with honesty, dignity, and compassion.
My approach is direct, emotionally attuned, and grounded. I create a space where clients feel deeply seen and supported, yet challenged to grow in the ways that matter most.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a professional actor and vocalist—experience that refined my ability to read emotion and connect deeply. Those same skills now guide the way I help people better understand themselves and the relationships that shape their lives.

I work with individuals and couples who want to feel calmer, more confident, and more connected but keep finding themselves stuck in the same patterns. Whether it’s conflict in a relationship or the residue of old wounds that keep resurfacing, I help people understand what’s happening beneath the surface and learn how to create lasting emotional safety and closeness.
My approach is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and built around emotional safety, communication, and secure connection. I help people slow things down, understand what’s really driving conflict, and start relating to each other from a place of openness instead of defense.
Clients often tell me they feel steadier and more understood in our work together. I bring a calm, structured presence that helps people make sense of the patterns that have kept them feeling disconnected and move toward repair and closeness.
In addition to my work at GK Behavioral Health, I provide therapy and clinical supervision at a community mental health center, where I guide other therapists in developing their confidence and clinical depth.
As both a therapist and a husband, I understand how relationships can challenge us to grow, and I believe that with understanding and courage, they can also become the place where healing happens.

Sometimes the hardest work happens within ourselves. Individual therapy is a space to explore patterns, process pain, and understand the parts of you that have been trying to protect or control your world. We help you gain clarity, emotional balance, and confidence in how you show up for yourself, in relationships and within your family.
Even strong relationships can lose their sense of safety and connection. We help couples move beyond reactivity, blame, and distance to understand the emotions that drive their patterns. Together, we rebuild trust, improve communication, and create a foundation for lasting closeness and understanding.
Families often get caught in patterns that no longer serve them. We help parents and children communicate more effectively, navigate conflict, and rebuild connection when relationships feel strained or distant. The goal is to help every family member feel seen, heard, and understood while creating a calmer, more secure home environment.
Discernment counseling is a brief, focused process for couples unsure of whether to stay together or separate. It helps each partner gain clarity and confidence about the future by exploring what led to this point and what change might be possible. The goal isn’t to make a quick decision; it’s to make an informed and compassionate one.
